Women's Association update
The Women's Association is happy to report that the Progressive dinner was a success. On February 6th, over 80 people gathered at the Russell's for appetizer's and then made their way to RPC for a wonderful catered meal. Margaret Blum helped with the pre-dinner drinks and appetizers. The a capella group from Rye High School sang and the Americana Game was solved and won in 2 questions! Dinner was served by our own confirmands. The desserts were delicious. The Women's Association would like to thank all those who participated in or donated to this special annual affair, making this one of our favorite events. A big Thank You goes to Teri Greene and Val Leishman for co-chairing the event while Sally Tobin planned the all-American decor in the assembly room. Kristin Jautz and Cindy Kuster came up with the theme and worked up the game again this year. To those silent partners in planning, set up and clean up, we appreciate and count on your participation as well, so a huge Thank you goes out to you too! We had a lovely international lunch and Q Restaurant in Port Chester. Cindy Kuster is the conductor of these wonderful outings
On Saturday, April 10, we are organizing a spiritual retreat. Please save the date as we will have several of our own lovely Women's Association members present information on "Expressing Spirituality Through Ar". It will be a morning program followed by an optional lunch.
