The Women's Association has had a wonderful year. Here are a few highlights.

Thrift Shop

RPC Thrift Shop on RCTV

This year the Thrift Shop raised an amazing $45,000! Many thanks to the amazing crew of volunteers for all their hard work sorting, pricing and selling! Thank you as well to all the faithful and generous donors and to the many shoppers who come looking for bargains. Thank you to all, and please keep those donations coming!
To honor our many wonderful volunteers, and we are planning a volunteer party in June to remind them how important they are to our success.
The Thrift shop closes in June and we will restock the shelves for our September opening. On June 7th we will be having our annual Grant Award Luncheon during which we will giving out 25 grants to twenty five organizations and projects. A special thank you goes out to Gabby McCree and Andrea Stewart for coordinating the grant giving.

International Lunch
Our recent international lunch, led by Cindy Kuster, was an Italian meal at Aurora in Rye. These lunches are really tasty and fun. Keep an eye out for our next culinary venture - join us and bring a friend!

Carver Center Tour
The Carver Center Tour was very informative. We toured the facility, talked about the activities held there and what wonderful support the center provides to the Port Chester community. Kim O'Connor now works there and is a wonderful addition to their team. We will be delivering food and clothing donations at the end of May to the Carver Center but please keep in mind that their needs do not end. If you cannot make your donation drop at the Carver Center, please leave it in a bag clearly marked at our church (by reception) and we will make sure it gets over there.

Ladies Night Out
Our last Ladies Night Out was at the home of Tracy Turner. It was a wonderful gathering of friends. Thank you Tracy for having us in your home! If anyone wants to host a Ladies Night Out next year, please let us know.

Looking ahead ...
Next year's Board members are: Cheryl Hunt and Cynthia Deen, Co-Presidents; Kristin Jautz, Publicity; Michelle Gothberg, Grace Notes; Nancy Bassett, Treasurer; Amy Hardis, Secretary. Gabby McCree will chair Grants with a co-chair, and Beth Sydell will be the new member liaison. We would love to have additional women step forward and chair an event. Please contact any of us with any questions you may have.
A big THANK YOU to Teri Greene for her two years as a co-president of the
Women's Association. We have a lot of ideas for next year and look forward to seeing you over the summer.
