Sing Sing
Rye Presbyterian Church's Sing Sing program is a support group for Sing Sing students in New York Seminary's Masters program, and for graduates of that program who are still incarcerated. Some of the opportunities available to volunteers for RPC's Sing Sing program include visiting Sing Sing to meet with students and graduates of the program for encouragement, study and fellowship; a "Clothes Closet" to help men "dress for success" when they are released; "Sisters' Circle," a support group for women with loved ones behind bars; and job counseling.
Volunteers can also assist with the publication of the newsletter ‘Aletheia’ and the sermons publication 'Voices'.
